We offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand. Delivery times and costs depend on the location and size of the order. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. JCP Car Parts will not be liable for lost or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses.

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns must be authorized and accompanied by proof of purchase.
