All the Products of the Japanese Car Parts Ltd. are Used Products unless they are specifically mentioned
Payment Terms:
You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions.
Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 3 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made).
We are a registered company and will provide a G.S.T. tax invoice with all sales.
Pick ups:
Inform us Prior to pick up at Japanese Car Parts Ltd., 10 Parker St. Papakura- Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 Pm  and  Saturday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm
Payment Options:
Goods will be shipped the same working day payment appears in the Bank Account

We use various freight companies depending on size of goods and location of delivery.
All the electrical and mechanical goods are checked prior to any deal and warranted on these parts, unless stated otherwise. Our best warranty on these parts is 7days or 90 days depending on the parts, we return money for any faulty mechanical parts if return within 7 or 90 days depending on the parts and warranties
Return Policy
If the goods are found to be faulty except all the sensors, the goods should be returned within 7 or 14 days depending on the parts from the purchase date.  All the goods in this invoice remains the property of Japanese Car Parts Limited unless it has been paid for. Goods return without any proper reason will be charged 20% re-stocking fees
Your details will not be passed onto any 3rd party and we take all reasonable steps to keep your details private and confidential. As part of our customer loyalty program, we may retain your e-mail address to follow up on customer satisfaction or on how we can make your experience with us more enjoyable.
