The Automotive Parts Specialist [especially European Makes and Models]
- Should provide first-class service to walk-in customers and telephone traffic.
- Extremely knowledgeable about automotive products especially BMW, VW, Mercedes Benz, and Audi
- Should be able to accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements.
- The Parts Specialist uses a computerized system to identify and locate automotive products within the current inventory or from other sources (such as the internet, vendors, other dealerships, etc.) and arranges for delivery.
- He or she monitors inventory to ensure adequate availability and handles returns.
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 5 years of experience as a salesperson especially European auto parts [such as BMW, VW, Mercedes Benz, and Mazda]
A strong customer service performance record, and strong computer and internet skills. Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

Heavy Diesel Mechanic
We are looking for physically fit candidates with good attention to detail for the position of Diesel Mechanic.
This is a well-established business and you will be working in a busy working environment. The varieties of engines and gearboxes that come through the workshop, help to keep the role interesting.
Diesel Mechanics need to be highly organized and communicate effectively, as they will be expected to maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles and interact with customers on a daily basis.
Diesel Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Running diagnostic tests on vehicles.
- Analyzing diagnostic test results.
- Checking vehicle lighting systems.
- Test-driving vehicles to gauge performance.
- Replacing vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems.
- Performing preventative maintenance on service trucks.
- Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles.
- Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop.
Diesel Mechanic must have experience in diesel and overhaul maintenance and have a good command of the English languages
- Should be able to “think outside the box” as a problem solver when working on a job
- Needs to be polite and easy to get along with other staff members
- must be able to follow instructions from the boss
- Proof of work history is required.
